Tripoli, 20 November, 2022 (LANA) –The activities of the International Scientific Conference of the Libyan Association for Education Sciences kicked off Saturday, in the capital, Tripoli under the slogan “Towards reforming the system of preparing and qualifying future teachers.
” According to the media office of the Ministry of Education on its official page, the association organizes the conference with the participation of the Ministry of Education, the Arab Council for Education and Electronic Training, the Federation of Arab Trainers Syndicates and in cooperation with the Tripoli Teachers Syndicate, and the colleges of education in Tripoli and Janzour.
The two-day conference programme, includes several lectures and scientific sessions on educational affairs and teacher preparation, delivered by a number of professors and specialists from Libya, Algeria, Jordan, Tunisia and Britain, in person or via the Internet.
On the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the scientific conference, the Libyan Association for Education Sciences and the organizing committee of the conference honored a number of educational personalities who contributed to the educational process in Libya.
