Tripoli, The Acting Head of Government of National Unity Ramadan Abu Jnah followed up with Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Hamad Al-Marimi progress of the ministry, and topics related to the agriculture sector, particularly in the field of food security.
The meeting also tackled the issue of assistance for cattle breeders and farmers, in order to alleviate the difficulties and constraints of accessing grains, seeds and feed.
The subject of affiliation of some agencies to the agriculture sector and work to keep pace with the latest developments and techniques for improving services in this area were also addressed. The Acting Head of Government stressed the need to overcome all the difficulties suffered by the sector, pointing out that the government gives a great deal of attention to this sector, including the provision of veterinary vaccines to save livestock, and to protect the citizen from the dangers of diseases and epidemics.
