Tripoli: UNSMIL hosted yesterday a meeting between representatives from the House of Representatives (HoR) and the High Council of State (HCS) on the one hand and the representative of the Presidential Council (PC) on the other to find an urgent solution for the crisis of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL). The mission said in a tweet that the participants of the two chambers made progress in agreeing on the general principles governing the interim period leading to the appointment of a new governor and board of directors for the CBL and agreed to resume their talks today to finalize the agreement.
