A Turkish evacuation plane was attacked today, Friday at the airport / Wadi Sayedna / Al-Sudani.

The Sudanese army announced in a statement: A Turkish evacuation plane, C130, was fired at by the rebels this morning as it was approaching to land at Wadi Sayedna Airport, which damaged the plane’s fuel tanks and injured one of its crew members.

He added: The plane landed safely at the airport and is being repaired.

In its statement, the army warned of: the rebels’ attempts to obstruct evacuation efforts with such dangerous behavior.
