Civil Defense Media Director Aqil Abdullah said, "A fire caused by an electrical short circuit broke out in a caravan adjacent to the Hillah Execution Department affiliated with the Ministry of Justice and spread to external rooms before the Civil Defense teams were able to extinguish it.
