A demonstration in front of the National High Electoral Commission to protest presidential and parliamentary elections without a constitution.

Tripoli, Dozens of demonstrators gathered in front of the High National Election Commission on Tuesday, to protest plans to hold presidential and parliamentary elections without adopting a constitution for the country.

The demonstrators expressed their objection to the High National Election Commission's accepting of candidacies of a number of persons who they say have criminal verdicts, and the exclusion of figures who contributed to the restoration of stability of the state.

The demonstrators demanded that the Commission adopt a constitution before holding of the elections, so that a new dictator does not come out to rule Libya as they put it.
