Three Israelis killed by gunfire at the Karama crossing between Jordan and the West Bank


A “Russia Today” correspondent in the Palestinian territories reported on Sunday that three people were killed by gunfire at the Karama crossing between Jordan and the West Bank.

A spokesman for Magen David Adom said about the attack that occurred near the Allenby border crossing, ‘After resuscitation operations, Magen David Adom paramedics, in cooperation with the Israeli army medical force, determined the death of three men, aged about 50, with gunshot wounds to their bodies.’

For his part, a spokesman for the enemy army said, ‘Based on the initial report, a short time ago, a terrorist arrived via Jordan on a truck towards the Allenby crossing, got out of the truck and opened fire on the forces guarding the crossing.

The security forces were able to eliminate the terrorist, and it was determined that a number of Israeli civilians who were injured as a result of the attack were killed.”
