Israeli media reports revealed new details about the assassination of the Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, in the southern suburb of Beirut.
The newspaper “Maariv” said that a man met Nasrallah, shook hands with him, and smeared his hands with a substance that allowed Israel to track him, noting that it took Israel two minutes to locate Nasrallah and confirm his presence in a headquarters in the southern suburb of Beirut.
It stated that minutes later, Israeli aircraft launched airstrikes on the headquarters and dropped an estimated 80 tons of bombs on the site.
As a result of the raids, Nasrallah was martyred, and the party confirmed his martyrdom and pledged to continue bombing Israel until a ceasefire in Gaza.
