The Permanent Representative of Iraq to the Arab League, Qahtaan Al-Janabi, announced today, Monday, the submission of a request to hold an emergency meeting at the Arab League regarding Lebanon.
Al-Janabi told the official News Agency: ‘Iraq submitted a request to hold an emergency meeting at the level of permanent representatives to the Arab League regarding Lebanon.’
He added, “The meeting will discuss the situation in Lebanon, especially the displaced and refugees, and provide assistance to the sisterly state of Lebanon.”
