Tripoli: The President of the High Council of State, 'Mohamed Takala,' accompanied by the Council's rapporteur, 'Belkacem Debres,' met today, Tuesday, with the Sudanese ambassador to Libya, Dr. 'Ibrahim Mohamed Ahmed,' and his accompanying delegation at the Council's headquarters. The media office of the High Council of State stated that the meeting discussed the humanitarian situation in Sudan, the situation of the Sudanese community in Libya, and the conditions of the displaced as a result of the security situation in Sudan.
