Minister of Public Business Sector Mahmoud Esmat discussed with the President of the National Authority for Social Insurance Gamal Awad and President of the General Authority for Health Insurance Mohamed Dahi means to expand the umbrella of social and health insurance and other steps to include all workers in affiliated companies. During the meeting, a number of joint topics and files were reviewed, including following up on the agreement concluded between the Holding Company for Cotton, Spinning and Weaving and the National Social Insurance Authority regarding the payment of the debt owed to the Authority, as well as continued provision of health and social insurance services for employees of companies, especially in the textile sector. The minister pointed out that the national project to develop the textile industry will continue to advance the cotton and textile industry, which is of great importance to the national economy. The meeting comes within the framework of the plan to develop, modernize, res tructure and improve performance rates in the subsidiary companies, and work on effective and fruitful cooperation with government agencies and ensure that companies' employees continue to have access to insurance services and expand them to include all employees.
