US Embassy In Libya Joins UN Mission In Calling For Immediate Release Of Al-Maghrabi.

Tripoli, The US Embassy in Libya joined the United Nations Support Mission in Libya in calling for the immediate release of the head of the Libyan Red Crescent Society in Ajdabiya, Mansour Ati al-Maghribi, who disappeared in front of his house in the city of Ajdabiya a few days ago.

In a tweet on its Twitter platform, the embassy published the following: (The Embassy of the United States of America in Libya is monitoring the kidnapping of Mansour Atti al-Maghribi and joins the United Nations mission to Libya to demand his immediate release.

Yesterday, on its social networking page, the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) expressed its concern about the safety of Mr. Mansour Ati al-Maghraby, head of the Libyan Red Crescent Society in Ajdabiya and a civil activist. Mr. Maghraby was kidnapped on 3 June when his car was intercepted by unknown armed men, and his place of presence is still unknown)
