Tripoli, The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for International Cooperation and Organizations (Omar Al-Kati) held today at the Ministry’s office in Tripoli a meeting with directors of cooperation departments in all ministries affiliated with the Government of National Unity dedicated to following up on the agreements signed during the past years with coordination and reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. external.

A number of these agreements were reviewed.

The Undersecretary stressed the need to coordinate with the Department of Organizations in the Ministry or the Department of Cooperation to be ready legally and technically in accordance with diplomatic custom with the relevant countries.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for International Cooperation and Organizations, Mr. Omar Al-Katty, said in a statement made to the Libyan News Agency, “This meeting was held to coordinate the efforts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the rest of the ministries with regard to international cooperation.”

This is the third regular meeting, “and the meetings will continue in the coming period on a regular basis to coordinate cooperation efforts between different sectors with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.”

He stressed during his statement that the ministry aims from this meeting to link sectors with the ministry, organize agreements and treaties, and prioritize bilateral international cooperation and international organizations.
