Tripoli, The committee concerned with studying the compensation price adjustment for lands, buildings and facilities attached thereto, which was decided to be expropriated for the public benefit, held its third meeting under the chairmanship of the committee chairman and Minister of Housing and Construction “Abu Bakr Al-Ghawi”.
The meeting, which was attended by the chairman and members of the technical committee, discussed the decision of the Minister of Housing and Construction No. (274 of 2022). Its final report on the work of the committee in charge of the technical, financial and organizational study regarding the adjustment of compensation prices for the lands, buildings and facilities attached to it, which it decided to expropriate for the public interest.
The Chairman of the Technical Committee presented a draft decision to standardize the value of compensation, the foundations and controls for expropriation, and compensation for the lands and facilities attached to it, which were decided to be expropriated for the public interest.
In conclusion, the Minister of Housing and Construction decided to set next Wednesday, January 5, 2022, to hold a meeting of the Ministerial Committee to study the report of the Technical Committee.
