Tawergha, – The Libyan Red Crescent organized, Sunday, a session in the city of Tawergha on “international humanitarian law” with the participation of f professors, international law experts, law faculties from a number of universities, officials from the ministries of foreign affairs and interior, activists, interested parties, volunteers and the Scout Movement. During the dialogue, which was organized in cooperation with the Libyan Red Crescent, Misurata branch, papers and participations were presented that dealt with “Introducing International Humanitarian Law and its Role in Establishing Community Peace” – Contemporary challenges and problems in international humanitarian law (classification of armed conflicts) and (harmonizing the law of armed conflict with national laws).
