NDCC Records 2679 Coronavirus Infections Over Last 24 Hours And 343 Recoveries.

Tripoli, The National Disease Control Centre NDCC said it recorded 2679 new Coronavirus cases of which 1944 new cases, and 735 contact cases, and 343 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

In an update issued on Sunday July 11, NDCC said it received 6780 specimen from labs, including the societal Healthcare Lab in Tripoli 1178 specimen, and the biotechnology Research Centre 2430 specimen.

The NDCC said that following a PCR test, 4101 turned out to be negative, 2679 positive of which 1944 new cases and 735 contact cases, with an infection ratio of 39.5 %.

According to NDCC the distribution of cases was as follows:

-Tripoli 848 new cases of a total of 11 26.

The NDCC said 343 recoveries were recorded including 210 in Tripoli, 10 in Gharyan, 3 in Al Shweiref, 9 in Sirte, 8 in Al Sbeia, 3 in Al Kufra, and 40 in Misrata, I in Sebha, 9 in Gasar Bin Ghashir and 1 in Al Zawiyah.The NDCC said 3 death were recorded in Tarhuna, Sebha and Zletin.
