Tripoli, Libya’s participation in the International Expo 2020 Dubai was to attract investment and foreign investors to participate in the implementation of Libya’s promising investment opportunities, the Ministry of Economy and Trade said.
The Ministry of Economy website quoted Al Siddiq Al Lib, Commissioner General of the Libyan Pavilion at the exhibition, Director of the Office of the Ministry of Economy and Trade that the Libyan participation in the exhibition comes within the framework of stimulating investment and attracting foreign investors.
Foreign investment, the Commissioner said, contributes to implementation of investment projects in all regions within the investment map outlined by the government of national unity in partnership with the local private sector, to develop infrastructure, localize industries and achieve economic diversity.
