Tripoli, The Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army Lieutenant General Mohamed Al Haddad arrived in Russia yesterday at the head of a delegation for a visit to the Russian Federation.
The Army Staff Communication Office said Al Haddad’s visit was in reply to an invitation from the General Staff of the Russian Army and the First Deputy of the Russian Defence Minister.
