Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, HE Tô LSm, on the occasion of the National Day of Vietnam.
His Royal Highness sent a similar cable to the Prime Minister of Vietnam, HE Pham Minh Chinh.
