Greece at the Paris International Conference: We want to see Libyans live in peace and prosperity, and withdrawal of all foreign forces and mercenaries from Libya.

Athens, The Greek delegation participating in the Paris Conference on Libya, which was held in the French capital on Friday, called for the withdrawal of all foreign forces from Libya.

The Greek call came during the first attendance of its kind of Greece, with the participation of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and President Nicos Anastasiades.

Mitsotakis said that Greece was ready to cooperate with the new Libyan government, which will be formed by the December elections, both bilaterally, and also as a member state of the European Union.

The Greek Prime Minister indicated that Greece, as a neighboring country to Libya, would like to see Libyans live in peace and prosperity, adding that the key to peace and stability in Libya is the withdrawal of all foreign forces and mercenaries as soon as possible.
