Berlin, German Federal Government Spokesman Stefan Seibert announced that Chancellor Angela Merkel will travel to the French capital, Paris, to participate in the international conference on Libya.
Seibert explained that the German chancellor’s participation came at the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron, noting that the conference would focus on supporting Libya on its way to long-term stability.
