Tripoli, 6 January 2016(Lana) The European Union has expressed concern over a recent attack waged by a group belonging to the Islamic State organisation on oil installations at the oil crescent zone in eastern Libya. ‘These development confirm the need for establishment of a national consensus government as soon as possible to restore stability in the country, said Federica Mogherini, UN High Representative of Foreign Affairs and Security Policy in a statement published today. The EU is in constant contact with candidate for the Presidential Council Fayez Al Saraj, the Libyan parties and the UN Envoy to Libya Martin Kobler on this matter. =Lana=
