Doha – Qatar and the UNSMIL called on the need for Libyan actors take swift action for the finalisation of the constitutional framework for elections.
This came during the meeting of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman with UN Envoy Abdoulaye Bathily in Doha yesterday.
