British Embassy in Libya: Civilian Institutions Should be Allowed to Meet and Carry Out their Responsibilities

Tripoli-the British Embassy in Libya expressed its concern over reports that some armed groups prevented a meeting between members of the High Council of State in Tripoli.

The Embassy stressed ,on its SMS page, the need to allow the civilian institutions to meet and carry out their responsibilities, stressing that any attempt to obstruct their activity by engaging armed groups is unacceptable.
