Cairo, The British Ambassador to Egypt, Gareth Bailey announced that the position of the United Kingdom on the Libyan crisis is crystal clear, and aims to hold the Libyan elections on the agreed date on the 24th of December.

The British ambassador said in an interview with the Egyptian TV channel “On” the United Kingdom calls, in a clear position, for the exit of mercenaries from Libyan territories, to create conditions that will help to complete a political and electoral process that will be secured by the Libyans themselves.”
