Tripoli- President of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al Mnefi received on Thursday a delegation of notables, sages, elites and youth representing Cyrenaica. The meeting focused on latest developments and the political, economic, security and military situations in the country, and ways to overcome the difficulties facing the Electoral Commission, to achieve the aspirations of Libyans and reach elections as soon as possible.
The meeting also touched on the file of national reconciliation and the mechanism for supporting it, to bring together all parties and reunite them, return of displaced persons and the release of prisoners. The members of the delegation affirmed their full support for the steps taken by the President of the Presidential Council, which aim to unify institutions, especially the military institution.
