New infrastructure and support enhancements, increase the speed, security, and scalability of all service delivery systems, improving user experience
International litigation services provider Advanced Discovery today announced the completion of upgrades to infrastructure and support at Millnet, an Advanced Discovery company based in London. Acquired by Advanced Discovery in 2015, these upgrades conclude a months-long process of normalization and integration to provide enhanced processing speeds and consistent user experience across both ecosystems.
“Corporations engaged in international matters need to know that their data will be equally secure and equally accessible to them, regardless of location,” says James Branch, Executive Vice President for IT and Security Officer. “From upgraded firewalls to encrypting data at rest, we are continually upgrading our security to stay ahead of threats, and recent infrastructure enhancements make access faster than ever.”
In addition to the security infrastructure upgrades, transfer and storage speeds have been upgraded and other scalability enhancements have been made. Additionally, the internal support resources have been more than quadrupled to ensure system reliability and more quickly resolve client issues.
Rick Hutchinson, Chief Operating Officer, had this to say:
We are excited to offer a truly international and internationally consistent user experience to our corporate and law firm clients. The future of investigation, litigation and arbitration crosses borders, and Advanced Discovery and Millnet clients can count on consistent security, support, speed and scalability wherever they need it.
