Abu Janah discusses with Sanalla the difficulties facing the oil sector and ways to overcome them.

Tripoli, – Deputy Prime Minister Ramadan Abu Janah discussed with the head of the National Oil Corporation, Mustafa Sanalla, the conditions of the oil and gas sector and the difficulties it faces and ways to overcome them.

This came during a meeting held today, Sunday, at the headquarters of the National Oil Corporation, in the presence of the Minister of Youth Affairs, Mr. Fathallah Al-Zani.

The meeting reviewed the challenges facing the oil and gas sector, represented in the delay in allocating the financial budgets of the Corporation and its companies to fulfill the obligations of catering, subsistence, transportation and vital services and for the development and maintenance of the sector’s various facilities for the continuation and increase of production operations as it is the main tributary of the national economy.

The Deputy Prime Minister promised to intervene urgently to overcome all difficulties by monetizing the necessary funds for the sector, especially Chapter Two (Employment) due to its paramount importance for the continuity of production operations.
